Since 1994 Ilka Minor is a co-driver and world-wide the female number 1. Together with a number of well-known motorsports men like Manfred Stohl (A), Henning Solberg (NO), Andreas Aigner (A), Evgeny Novikov (RUS) or Martin Prokop (CZ) her motorsport passion took her around the world.

2005 Manfred Stohl and herself were voted to “Austrians Motorsport Persons” of the year.

2017, for the first time in her life, she challenged the Rally Dakar, for the WRC co-driver a new terrain.

Additionally Ilka is working as a “Personal Trainer” and “Functional Trainer”. Her clients include professional (motor) athletes as well as hobby athletes and clients, who have different requirements and goals for their physical and mental fitness. Quality of life, feeling of success and trust are the pillars of the mutual work – her clients aims are Ilka’s unrestricted centre.
